Joyce Serville, RN, BSN, has been named the new 4-West Unit Director at Porter’s Valparaiso Hospital Campus. 
Serville started with Porter in September 2009 as Administrative Supervisor.
Serville was previously Director of Emergency Services at Longview Regional Medical Center in Texas. She brings over 35 years of comprehensive nursing experience to her new role with the majority of those years serving in a leadership role.
Serville has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Tyler.
