Board-certified neurologist Tommasina Papa-Rugino, MD, is the newest member of the care team at Franciscan Physician Network in Munster.
Dr. Papa-Rugino received her training at State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical School in Brooklyn, N.Y. She did her residency at University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey Rutgers Medical School in Newark, N.J.
Her clinical interests include comprehensive management of headaches, including Botox injections when needed; diagnosis and comprehensive management of multiple sclerosis; diagnosis and comprehensive management of stroke; diagnosis and comprehensive management of movement disorders (Parkinson’s); and general neurologic diagnosis and management.
