It’s science fair season! 4th graders at George L. Myers Elementary in Portage are hard at work on their science experiments for the school science fair, which will be held on December 5th. The young scientists learned the steps of the scientific method and how to apply it when developing and carrying out experiments.
Experiments ranging from “Which Citrus Fruit Will Cause the Brightest Light When Powering a Light Bulb?” to “Will Crystals Grow at Different Rates at Different Temperatures?” will be on display.
The top experiments will then head to Jones Elementary on December 12th to compete at the district science fair. Good luck to all!
