Myers Elementary School first graders and many parents went on a field trip to Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago on Friday May 16, 2014. Students researched various animals and their natural habitats and created animal reports and projects prior to the trip. Everyone was very excited to observe and experience the animals at the zoo. Although the weather wasn't the very best, everyone had a wonderful time of exploration and learning together.
