“We advocate for the right to appropriate, quality and affordable treatment to maintain mental wellness and to eliminate the stigma that surrounds mental illness and addictions through education, resource and support services. In 2014 over 3000 gifts made the holidays brighter for 599 persons through giftLIFT program. Emergency assistance provided $17,500 aid, giving 250 individuals—ages 5-85 years old—the ability to remain compliant with treatment. Funds will be used to sustain these and other critical services and meet the changing needs of our community,” states Mary Hodson, executive director.
