Members Advantage Credit Union Announces MACU Cares with Portage YMCA

Members Advantage Credit Union announces MACU Cares, a Not-For-Profit Referral Program designed to support the Portage Township YMCA’s l Strong Kids Campaign.

Each new member, referred by the Portage Township YMCA, who opens a savings and checking account will be credited $25. In addition, the Portage Township YMCA will also receive a $25 donation. A completed referral card must be presented, and the $25 award will be credited once the new member is active and in good standing for 30 days. There are no limits on the number of referrals that can be made.

Proceeds from the MACU Cares promotion will be used in the Portage Township’s Strong Kids Campaign. This on-going national effort provides scholarships to cover membership costs for future members who are in need of financial assistance. This helps ensure that every individual has access to the essentials for learning and growing through YMCA programs.
