On Sunday, May 1, 2011, from 1 to 4 pm, come experience an afternoon of reflection that includes a guided walk, seated meditation, gentle yoga, stretching and reflective writing. This retreat is led by a certified yoga instructor who is also an experienced meditation guide, seasoned writer and nature lover. Brincka Cross Gardens is the perfect setting for this relaxing and reflective program. The cost is $20.
