The organization quickly grew when they joined the Century 21 franchise and had nearly 70 sales associates in their three offices in Highland, Merrillville, and Valparaiso.

This expansion continued in the 80s when McColly joined the Better Homes & Gardens Real Estate Service, at which point the corporate office was moved to Schererville to accommodate the additional agents. Offices would be added in Crown Point, Winfield, Lowell, and Tinley Park, IL throughout the 90’s. In the 2000’s to the present, they would add offices all over Northwest Indiana and Illinois as well, expanding their renowned service to even more communities.

With this success has also come a dedication to the communities McColly serves, which is why in the last decade the McColly Foundation was officially formed to give back to those communities through collection drives and other charitable initiatives. Organizations they have contributed to include: American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Food Bank of Northwest Indiana, Habitat for Humanity of NWI, Hobart Family YMCA, Schererville Fire Department, Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, and many more.

Now, from those four initial agents, McColly has grown to over 500 sales associates with 24 offices in two states and is ranked 137 of the top 500 brokers in the United States.
