- Raised Median installed from Central Ave. to Toll Road overpass
- Close Evergreen Access to Willowcreek Rd
- Elimination of full access to Willowcreek Rd, allowing for increased traffic flow and a reduction in vehicular conflict points
- Installation of a multi-use path, increasing multi-modal capacity and pedestrian safety
- Designed for overall reduction of vehicular congestion on Willowcreek Rd
- Project design and implementation in conjunction with the Portage Township School
