It's that time of year again! Fall Master Recyclers Classes are back! The Recycling & Waste Reduction District of Porter County will launch new five class series for individuals interested in learning more about recycling. Each class will be comprised of 90 minute sessions.
Classes will be hybrid of Zoom and in-person presentations. The Master Recycler Series kickstarts October 11, 2021. The five course dates include October 11, 18, 25, November 1 and November 8, 2021. Classes will be featured from 6:30pm-8:00pm CT across the series. In-person classes will take place in the Porter County Administration Building located at 155 Indiana Avenue Valparaiso, IN. Program registration fee is $30.00 for participants. Payable via check or Paypal. Classes will be led by variety of area field experts from Homewood Disposal, Republic Services, Shirley Heinze Land Trust, and Tradebe Environmental Services. Course topics include, waste prevention, waste flow process household hazardous waste and much more!
