Lake Area United Way Recognizes Cargill Workplace Campaign

LAUW-CargillLake Area United Way presented Cargill Texturizing Solutions- Hammond with 2 awards for Cargill’s participation in the United Way Community Campaign for 2014.

One award went to Cargill employee Susan Dolinski, who was recognized as ‘Employee Campaign Manager of the Year.’ This award is given in recognition of the top Employee Campaign Manager who brings enthusiasm, creativity and innovative approaches to their workplace campaign, utilizes campaign best practices, increases the amount of investment and/or participation made by his/her workplace and perseveres in spite of internal and external challenges.

The second award recognized the company as ‘Campaign Champion.’ This campaign performance award is meant to honor United Way workplace campaigns which result in increased giving by 10 percent or more over the previous year. Cargill’s donation to Lake Area United Way, including employee gifts and corporate gifts, increased by 19.5% over 2013.
