On Friday, July 19, 2013 at 7:00 pm The Elaine Dame Trio will kick off the Lubeznik Center for the Arts’ musical series “Clef Notes: Jazz Club”. Elaine’s vocal style ranges from classic blues and jazz to Broadway and 40’s swing. Enjoy classic jazz in a casual club atmosphere among the “Construction Sites” contemporary still life photography exhibition.
For more than 15 years, Ms. Dame has headlined the finest venues in Chicago, the Midwest and the nation, and has collaborated with some of Chicago's most stellar musicians. She has enjoyed residencies at such notable music rooms as the Fairmont Hotel's Metropole Room, Pops for Champagne, Andy's Jazz Club, The Drake Hotel, Pete Miller's, Katerina's, and New York City's Metropolitan Room.
