Prospective students may learn about new programs and apply for admission
As part of its annual outreach to Northwest Indiana’s prospective college students, Indiana University Northwest will host an open house from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30, at its Portage Instructional Site, located at 5916 U.S. Rt. 6.
At this event, students may learn about the many programs and educational opportunities that are available at IU Northwest. On-site admission will be available with a $25 application fee. Potential applicants should bring official high school or college transcripts and SAT/ACT scores, if they are less than one year out of high school. Counselors will be available to meet with prospective students to answer any admission or financial aid questions.
The Portage Instructional Site is a convenient off-campus location where students, particularly Porter County students, may take some of their required courses closer to home. IU Northwest is pleased to welcome prospective students to the Portage site to learn about all the university has to offer.
