Northwest Health is welcoming internal medicine physicians, Artemii Lazarev, M.D. to Northwest Medical Group. Dr. Lazarev is accepting new patients at the Medical Offices at Northwest Health – Chesterton, 650 Dickinson Road, Chesterton, Indiana.
Dr. Lazarev cares for the health needs of adults at every stage of their lives. Dedicated to listening and understanding his patient’s concerns and health goals,he believes a trusting, sustained partnership with his patients results in the best healthcare outcomes. He commonly helps patients with preventive screenings and wellness exams, hormone optimization, acute illnesses, and chronic or complex diagnoses like diabetes, heart disease, obesity, autoimmune disorders and more. He has a special interest in sports medicine.
He comes to Northwest Health from Mount Sinai hospital in Chicago. Before practicing medicine Dr. Lazarev was previously the Chief Researcher at the High Performance Sports Laboratory at Moscow Witte University in Moscow, Russian. He also provides medical coverage for the University of Illinois – Chicago Flames men’s soccer and women’s basketball and for the Bank of America Chicago Marathon.
