On October 20th at the Portage Lakefront pavilion from 1:00pm to 3:00pm, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources will be unveiling their latest poster in the series of the Ecosystems of the Indiana Dunes Coastal Region – Rivers. The DNR fisheries staff are also going to do an electrofishing demo on Burns Waterway as part of the event.

The artist that painted the poster will be there signing posters, the posters are free. If you know of a class or a club that is able to attend just give me a heads up so we can plan accordingly.
