Fireworks on the Lakefront - July 2, dusk

Please join the Duneland community and observe a beautiful fireworks show on the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.

Independence Day at the Market - July 3, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

Come celebrate Independence Day with the Chesterton European Market vendors! Vendors will be dressed in red, white and blue and offering specials! Located at Broadway and 3rd in Chesterton.

Fourth of July Parade and Fireworks - July 3, 11:00 am

Come out to the Portage parade beginning at Willowcreek Middle School and heading down Willowcreek Rd to Lute. Evening festivities will be held at Trumble Field, beginning at 5 pm, featuring food vendors, kids games and activities, and live music by Identity Crisis from 6-9:00 pm. The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display.

Fourth of July Blast - July 4, 6:30 pm

Head out to Thomas Jefferson Middle School for activities and fun, music at 8:30 pm, and fireworks at dusk. The rain date is July 5.
