Greenhouse and Nursery Managers will Learn About Downy Mildew of Impatiens

Purdue-ExtensionPurdue University Cooperative Extension Service and the Northwest Indiana Floriculture Association will co-sponsor an educational program for people in the plant nursery, greenhouse, and retail garden center businesses on Thursday, November 8, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. CST at Maday’s Wholesale Greenhouse, Inc., 2215 E. Richton Road, Crete, Illinois.

On November 8th, the program will begin with a short tour and refreshments provided by Maday’s Wholesale Greenhouse, Inc. After the refreshments, Colleen Warfield, plant pathologist at Ball Horticultural Company, will discuss downy mildew of impatiens.
