Great Links About Sleep, Fixing Sleep Patterns, and What’s Normal

My husband and I recently bought a new bed after deciding that the monstrous headboard, complete with shelves and drawers, was taking over most of our small-to-mid-size bedroom and just not working for us anymore. Also, hopefully in about two weeks, we will be the proud owners of a Sleep Number Bed. (This is what happens when you have wedding money and go on a home improvement kick...)

Dog SleepingBetween all of this, as well as trying to cut down my caffeine consumption due to general jitteriness, sleep has been on my mind a lot lately. Every time I feel tired (so, at least once or twice a day), I ask myself--am I getting enough sleep? Or, more likely, am I getting too much sleep? (I love to nap.) How much sleep do I need? I got a full night's sleep last night, so why do I still feel tired? Why do I have so much trouble getting up in the morning?

I'm still trying to figure out the answers to these questions, but I found a few links that have given me a good idea where to start. If you're ever worried about your sleep pattern, or feel like you're not getting enough sleep (whether you are or aren't actually getting enough), check these out.
