Michael E. Schrage, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Centier Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Gloria Lyons as Branch Manager of Centier Bank’s Merrillville Strack and Van Til Branch.
After gaining previous banking experience at a Gary-based financial institution, Lyons joined Centier Bank in 2007 as a bank teller, then moving to the Client Service Center, and then serving as the Operations Supervisor. She was the Assistant Branch Manager of Centier Bank’s Gary Glen Park Branch prior to her appointment as Branch Manager.
The Gary, Ind., resident and mother of four said she aims to lead her team toward growing the branch and providing excellent service.
“I love working at Centier because it is truly a family-focused company that not only cares deeply about our clients, but our associates as well,” Lyons explained. “My goal is to be highly successful as a servant leader and create a remarkable banking experience for our clients.”
