Take heart, Northwest Indiana. Community Healthcare System is hosting fun, informative and potentially lifesaving events throughout February, which is Heart Awareness Month.

WEAR RED DAY

GET MOVING FOR A HEALTHY HEART

Exercise physiologist Pamela Huenink will present the latest research on exercise for a strong heart and demonstrate fitness moves to improve cardiovascular health.
