Samuel West, MD, of Franciscan Physician Network, addresses the topic, Pathway to Healthy Living, during a Franciscan Health-sponsored, free Senior Health and Wellness Fair recently at the Stardust Event Center at Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City.
The event, sponsored by the Franciscan Accountable Care Organization, also offered health screenings, along with exercises led by Franciscan Omni Health & Fitness instructors; information on healthy recipes, area vendors who provide senior services, and refreshments and giveaways.
