The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi’s Four Winds® Casinos are pleased to announce that they are hiring for multiple Table Games positions at all three casino locations in Michigan, in addition to their South Bend, Indiana location. The Dealer Training School at Four Winds South Bend will start on Tuesday, June 15 and Saturday, June 19, and interested applicants are encouraged to sign up. Additionally, upcoming job fairs will be held in Portage, Ind. on Tuesday, June 22 and on Wednesday, June 23 in Michigan City, Ind.
Dealer Training School
Classes for the Dealer Training School start on Tuesday, June 15 or Saturday, June 19, and will be held two days a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays or Saturdays and Sundays in the Private Dining Room of The Buffet at Four Winds South Bend with class times at either 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Eastern. Trainees will be paid $12 an hour for attending the school and learning how to become a table games dealer. Trainees that accept a position with Four Winds will be eligible for a $2,000 bonus. Restrictions apply. Class instructors and students will utilize COVID-19 safety guidelines. Table Games Job Fairs
Four Winds Casinos is also looking to hire experienced table games staff including dealers/dual rates, floor persons, pit managers and shift managers at Four Winds Casino South Bend, and experienced dealers/dual rates at Four Winds New Buffalo, Hartford and Dowagiac. Four Winds Casinos is also offering hourly table games positions a $2,000 sign-on bonus for those that are hired by July 31. Dealers can earn up to $25 per hour with combined base rate and tips. Four Winds also offers extremely competitive rates for dual rate supervisors.

Another job fair is being held on Wednesday, June 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Michigan City, located at 401 W. Kieffer Road in Michigan City.
