Al Zahn, a retired teacher from the Portage Township Schools, visited Antarctica and shared a PowerPoint presentation with several classes at Crisman Elementary School. He discussed that one of his goals in life is to visit all of the continents. Antarctica makes it the sixth continent so far. The students listened intently as Al Zahn discussed the temperatures, the massive size of the glaciers, the animals, and all of the history of Antarctica.
