First Baptist pastor Tim Flener suggested to the leadership the idea of asking for donations for South Haven's Salvation Army food pantry and tie it into harvest time. They eagerly said let's do it and the small congregation stepped up big time.
After a few weeks of donating, the donations were delivered.
We are always looking for ways to share God's love and word and a great way is to help this great organization in this way. They also urge everyone to help the Salvation Army in their work as the need is greater during these difficult times.
The church is located at 780 McCool Rd. (the red brick church).
