- 1 in 4 children go to sleep hungry at night.
- Typical family of 4 spends between $771.10 - $1,113.80 per month on food.
- 7.8% of Porter County families live below poverty level ($22,350 for family of 4).
- Food stamps do not cover cost for basic needs of toilet paper, shampoo, cleaning items.

Monetary donations are always needed. Ask about becoming a “Pantry Partner.”
The pantry is open on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Shoppers need to bring proof of residency such as state issued I.D., current utility bill, lease, etc.
