Maple Lane Apartments in Elkhart, managed by Holladay Properties, have been among the most unique apartment complexes in Northern Indiana since they opened for business in 1987. McFarland noted that while it is essential for their apartments to offer an excellent living space, it is the community that elevates Maple Lane to being a home for its residents.
“It’s like a true neighborhood,” she said. “We love to host community events. Our favorites include the resident breakfast and our annual Christmas Party. We also recently opened up a dog park on the property for our furry friends that live here.”
Maple Lane is also expanding their community clubhouse. Once complete, it will offer a number of luxury amenities to their residents.
“We’re adding a state-of-the-art fitness room, a package room with 24-hour access, game room, computer station, and a dog wash station,” McFarland said. “It’s all under construction right now, but will open this spring along with our two new buildings.”
