The 5th grade students at Central participated in an overnight trip to the Indiana Dunes Educational Learning Center. This field trip has been a culmination for many students who have looked forward to this trip for years.
Central 5th grade students have participated in this educational experience for more than 10 years. During this field trip, the students learned about winter survival, constellations, and their nearby environment.
The students also were able to partake in cross country skiing, a first for many of the students.
