Duneland Boys & Girls Club offering basketball league, registration set to open

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana’s Duneland Club is set to begin accepting registration for their upcoming basketball league! The league is open to all youth, with a registered Club membership, ages 4 to 14. Early Bird registration begins October 28 through November 1. Families that register during this timeframe will receive a $5 discount special from league fees. Regular league registration will run from November 4 through December 6. Late registration is from December 9 through 13. A $5 fee is added to late league registration.

League divisions for the Club’s Basketball program is as follows:

  • Biddy League – Ages 4 to 5: $45 registration fee.
  • Cadet League – Ages 6 to 7: $45 registration fee.
  • Junior League – Ages 8 to 10: $50 registration fee.
  • Senior League – Ages 11 to 14: $50 registration fee.

Each player is required to participate in mandatory skills testing. Cadet league skill testing will take place December 10 at 6 pm; Junior League on December 11 at 6 pm; and Senior League on December 12 at 6 pm. League play runs from January 6 through March 14, 2020.
