Deadline Extended for Letters From Santa

The Chesterton chapter of Delta Theta Tau Sorority has extended the deadline for its very popular “Letters from Santa” fundraiser. DeltaThetaTauSantaLetters

For $8.00 each, a personalized, hand typed letter on high gloss, heavy paper from Santa will be sent to your child, or child of your choosing. Also included with every letter is a small bag of “magical reindeer dust” to sprinkle outside of their homes on Christmas Eve so the reindeer will know to stop there.

Letters will be sent flat, suitable for framing or scrapbooking, in a decorated envelope.

Letters may also be sent to a spouse, significant other, or friend. There are many different styles of letters to choose from, so if Santa is sending letters to children in the same family each letter will be different. If a child wants to write to Santa themselves, the sorority has a form for boys and girls to use that Santa can reply to. If you’d like to surprise a child, a blank form may be filled out and a personalized letter will be sent to them. Also available are forms for adults.

The sorority needs all letter requests by Wednesday, December 15, 2010 to allow plenty of time for mailing.

For more information, or to order a letter please send your request and check for $8.00 per letter (made out to Delta Theta Tau) to CEI, 802 Canonie Drive, Porter IN 46304 or email cturner@cei-edu.com. You may also call 926-5740 for more information or to pick up a form.

Delta Theta Tau Sorority, a national philanthropic sorority has had an active chapter in Chesterton since 1923. All the monies raised from this project will benefit the Duneland community.
