Michael E. Schrage, President and CEO of Centier Bank, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dan Gibson as Talent Development Manager and Assistant Vice President within the bank’s Human Resources Department.
Gibson has over 15 years of experience in Learning and Development, including the past six years with Centier. He previously worked in the public education sector and as an eLearning Coach. He is a member of the Association for Talent Development, International Society for Performance Improvement, and a volunteer with Junior Achievement.
“I look forward to this expanded role that will allow me and my team to work on bank-wide development programs, compliance training, and opportunities to improve performance throughout the organization with training solutions,” explained Gibson. “My goal is to provide our associates with resources to continuously expand their skills and knowledge within their role at the bank.”
