Parents, join Community Healthcare System’s newest pediatrician for two free interactive sessions focusing on ways to keep your children happy, healthy and safe this winter and all year.
Sibil Gill, DO, will lead a pair of “Ask the Pediatrician” presentations from 6 to 7 p.m. Thursdays, Oct. 26 and Nov. 30 in the Community Room at Community Hospital Outpatient Center, 9660 Wicker Ave., St. John.
The first session, “Protecting Your Little Ones from Respiratory Illness,” will address ways to keep your child safe from respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), bronchiolitis and COVID-19 this winter. Dr. Gill will explain the signs, symptoms, treatments and preventative measures for each.
In the second session, “Healthy Nutrition for Kids,” Dr. Gill will discuss physical activity, healthy meals and nutritious snacks that are important for your child’s growth and development.
