Jennifer Noll has served as the Human & Community Relations (HR) Director for the City of La Porte for 3 ½ years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University; MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University; SHRM (Society of HR Management) Certified Professional.
Noll is a Proud mom and wife of 2 year-old daughter, Kinsley Grace. Her husband, Matt, who works for Harbour Trust & Investment Management Company. The Porter Regional Hospital NICU was their second home for 43 days. Kinsley was born 10 weeks premature and spent her first weeks of life in the care of their wonderful NICU team. She is now a healthy and thriving, energetic little toddler.
As for Non-profit involvement, Nole is involved with the Northern Indiana HR Management Association (NIHRMA), as Treasurer. She also works with the United Way, Women United.
In her spare time, Noll enjoys running and tries to complete at least 1 half marathon a year. Her mother is from the Philippines. She doesn’t speak tagalong, but can catch on to what is being said fairly quickly.
Noll would consider being a pescatarian or vegetarian if she didn’t like bacon so much. She does like cheese, eats her French fries one at a time, and loves candy, especially sour punch straws.
