Central Elementary student council members spearheaded a collection of supplies for soldiers serving our country in Afghanistan. Students were asked to donate baby wipes, ramen noodles, popcorn, gum and candy. Thirty-two boxes were filled and sent to SPC Layne Mueller, brother of Central Elementary teacher Pattie Bell, for his unit that deployed from Camp Atterbury in Indiana.
