Michael E. Schrage, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Centier Bank, is proud to announce the Indiana Chamber of Commerce has ranked Centier as the #3 Best Places to Work in Indiana, making it the highest-ranked bank in the major company category. The 19th annual awards event honored nearly 200 companies from across the state on May 8th at a celebration held at the Indiana Convention Center.
Rankings were revealed in four categories based on company size, and Centier placed third out of 15 companies in the Major Company category. Rankings are determined through employer reports and anonymous, comprehensive employee surveys.
Centier Bank continued its 18-year streak of being named a 'Best Place to Work,' and Schrage is proud that Centier has now grown into the major company category, reflecting on the bank's expanding workforce.
“We’ve welcomed many new associates to Centier in the last year, and it’s wonderful to know that their positive feedback has contributed to such a high ranking,” Schrage said. “I am proud to see our associates living out our core values of caring, loyalty, integrity, friendship, and fun.”
Chrisanne Christ, Senior Partner overseeing the Human Resources Development, said Centier Bank is honored to be recognized for its commitment to providing an outstanding workplace experience for Centier associates.
“This recognition fuels our dedication to continually enhance our workplace, ensuring it remains a nurturing environment that values and invests in our associates for an even better tomorrow,” Christ said. “Our team is the heartbeat of our institution, and we're deeply grateful for their dedication and passion.”
