Hello, I’m Susann Nahrwold.
I had been in customer service in manufacturing for about 20 years and needed a change. I took a Medical Billing and Coding course and started to look for work in that field. I knew very little about Hospice when I responded to the ad for a Biller. I was happy to get the job and am very proud to work at CHC. I am humbled by the kind, compassionate, and wonderful care provided by CHC and am happy to provide support and be a part of this team. I absolutely appreciate how our (CHC) reach goes beyond our service area. I’ve encouraged several friends and family members that live elsewhere to check into Hospice Care. Some I’ve heard great stories from, and all were grateful for the suggestion. I would not have been able to provide that kind of encouragement if I didn’t work at Center for Hospice Care.
