Since we opened our doors in 1980, Center for Hospice Care has served anyone in need of hospice or palliative care, wherever they are in the circle of life. Unlike many hospice organizations, we offer perinatal and pediatric hospice and palliative care. We also offer bereavement services for those who have lost a loved one. Along with the Hospice Foundation, we help educate community members, healthcare professionals and students about end-of-life care and how to develop plans that honor each person’s unique wishes for their care.
We couldn’t do all of this without the generous support of a caring and compassionate community. Your donations to the 2023 Annual Appeal will help Center for Hospice Care keep our over 43-year promise that nobody eligible for hospice care will ever be turned away, regardless of their ability to pay.
