Browse houses for a chance to win $1000 with McColly Real Estate’s Super Sunday

When searching the housing market, consumers try their best to find a property that suits their needs as well as their wallet. The last thing they expect is the chance to make a profit while on the hunt for a new home. With McColly Real Estate’s monthly Super Sunday event, consumers who visit McColly open houses on a Super Sunday can enter a chance to win a check for $1000.

Super Sunday events occur every second Sunday of the month. They include all McColly open houses across their 22 offices located in Northwest Indiana and Illinois.

“In addition to the $1000 check, McColly Charities donates $500 to a charity of that winner’s choice,” said Director of Marketing and Technology Monica Decker. “McColly Charities donates $500 in the name of the agent who hosted that winning open house to the charity of their choice as well.”

Since the start of Super Sunday in August this year, $3,000 has been donated to charity in the names of the winning consumers and agents. Recipient charities thus far included St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Gastric Cancer Foundation, the Chicago Youth Foundation, Villalobos Rescue Center, and the Women’s Center of Northwest Indiana.

Super Sunday was originally created seven years ago but did not have the McColly Charities component included. McColly Companies is happy to reinstate Super Sunday this year with COVID-19 compliance and further expand their giving. Director of Operations Rhonda McColly-Fleener feels it is only appropriate to be generous toward an equally generous community.

“It’s a big thank you for the years of support the community has provided McColly Real Estate who help our local realtors for Northwest Indiana & Chicago Southland’s nonprofit organizations,” McColly-Fleener said.

President and Broker Owner Ron McColly agrees with the sentiment expressed by his daughter, McColly-Fleener.

“I was born and raised in Northwest Indiana,” McColly said. “I feel it’s important to lead by example for my own family and to give back to strengthen our communities and see them continue to prosper and grow in any way we can.”

All McColly open houses can be found on the home page of their website, mccolly.com. There is an open house button under the property search bar where consumers can view all open-house options available on both Super Sundays and regular weekends. The next Super Sunday Open House event is December 13, 2020.
