Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County-Forrest “Dusty” Rhode Portage Club Members Thankful for Bethel Church Volunteers

Portage-Boys-GIrls-Thanksgiving-2012Members of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Porter County-Forrest “Dusty” Rhode Portage Club were extra thankful for the opportunity to enjoy a homemade Thanksgiving Dinner provided by volunteers from Bethel Church. Volunteers from the Crown Point, Indiana congregation prepared and served the turkey dinner with all the trimmings to ensure Club members had a special Thanksgiving experience.

Bethel Church has been so generous to the Portage club with both their time in having volunteers to help serve the Club members dinner and also bringing such wonderful dishes to make the Thanksgiving meal for Club members so special,” said Dawn Bell, Unit Director of the Forrest “Dusty” Rhode Portage Club. “We are so grateful for the volunteers and all of the donors from the church who were not present, but contributed to the members’ dinner.”
