Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana Rising to the Challenge

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana joins the Art Van Charity Challenge on Crowdrise. Help our Clubs win the grand prize of $100,000 by giving online to our Crowdrise campaign! This is the 10th year Art Van Furniture Store has made the challenge available to midwest non-profit organizations. The Charity Challenge is a three-week initiative where individuals and corporations are encouraged to give back to their communities by giving online. Joining the Art Van Charity Challenge 2018 fundraising competition on Crowdrise, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana is utilizing this largest crowdfunding platform for good by benefitting our Northwest Indiana youth. Focusing on organizations committed to women, children, and human services in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa and the city of St. Louis, the challenge puts the power of positive change in the hands of community members who support needed and worthwhile programs in their cities, towns, and neighborhoods.

The challenge will launch promptly at 11:00 am CST on May 1 and run through May 22 ending at precisely 12:59:59 pm CST. Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana is accepting the Art Van Charity Challenge with the intent to enhance teen programming by building GREAT Futures for members while focusing on their academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. The organization that raises the most during the course of the challenge has the opportunity to earn a $100,000 grant. Second place will earn $50,000, third place will earn $25,000, fourth place will receive a prize of $15,000, and fifth place a prize of $10,000.

Last year, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Northwest Indiana placed second on the Challenge Leaderboard earning a $50,000 grant for our Clubs. This year, we are in it to win it!
