Billinero, an app-based savings account that awards cash prizes in monthly and quarterly drawings to select users, has named Beverly Haley from Valparaiso, Ind. as its most recent $1,000 monthly winner.
Haley began using Billinero this past winter because she was enticed by the idea of a prize-linked savings account.
