History
B & G Sealcoating is a locally owned, family business with over 35 years of experience and is co-owned by Benita and Glen.
Glen has worked and been foreman over some of the largest highway and commercial projects in the states of Illinois and Indiana, with will-known companies such as Freesen, Faubers, Milestone, Rieth-Riley, and Walsh & Kelly.
Benita has many years of experience with customer relations, being a business owner, sales, and advertising.
With our combined efforts and integrity we have built a promising future of success. B&G strives only to be the best, to work closely with our customers to meet their needs, and to give straight-forward, honest opinions about the best maintenance or remedy. We assure our customers that we will always be close to monitor and inspect the final results.
About Asphalt Maintenance
Your driveway or parking lot is one of the most expensive investments on your property. Asphalt prices continue to rise with no relief in sight. There are times we feel we are stretching our budgets while trying to maintain the most important investments of a lifetime: our homes and businesses. We tend to neglect in order to save. The truth of the matter is, you could be spending pennies on the dollar with B&G's regular maintenance program. We will see to it that you get the most life out of your asphalt before having to totally replace it. However, at the same time, we will give you our honest opinion as to whether or not it is indeed the time to do so.
Wear is primarily caused by weathering, oxidation, and the destructive softening by gasoline, oils, de-icers, and other harsh chemicals.
B&G's regular maintenance program is specifically formulated to shield against the harmful elements that lead to surface deterioration. We will work to slow down oxidation caused by harmful sun rays, moisture from rain and snow, and harmful fluids from transportation, all of which create costly damage over time.
Giving Back to the Community
B & G Sealcoating and Parking Lot Maintenance L.L.C. is now providing its new customers with a 5% discount off their total billing, of which the funds will be allocated to needy families with children and/or spay/neuter programs for pets. It is our goal to assist the community in this manner.

Sealing Options (Commercial Use Only)
Basic
Gem Seal is a colloid milled, concentrated tar emulsion sealer designed for commercial applications.
- Dries to a rich, black finish
- Premium tar emulsion sealer
- Protects asphalt from destructive elements
Consists of one coat of Gem Seal sprayed over entire parking log with additional reinforcement coat sprayed at entrance/exits. Dry time allowed between coats for true two coat application at entrance/exits. Includes hot rubber crack fill if needed and striping.
Supreme
Also using Gem Seal for a rich, black finish to protect asphalt from the elements, this package includes one coat of fed spec Gem Seal hand applied over entire parking lot, one coat sprayed over entire parking lot, and an additional reinforcement coat over entrance/exits. Dry time will be allowed between coats. Includes hot rubber crack filling if needed and striping. *INCLUDES ONE YEAR SEALER WARRANTY.
Super Supreme
Polytar is the longest lasting pavement sealer on the market with 25 years of proven performance. Gem Seal Polytar provides twice the durability of conventional asphalt sealers.
- Combines elasticity for the most cost-effective applications

- Polymerized for superior resistance to wear, improve fuel resistance, stronger adhesion and flexibility
