Babcock began working for Addison Pointe in April of 2017.
What Babcock likes most about working at Addison Pointe are the joys and smiles of the residents.
“Being a part of their lives is rewarding to me,” she said.
Babcock strives to make the residents’ experiences positive while at Addison Pointe, regardless of the length of their stay.
Babcock has been married for 30 years, has five children, and seven grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys photography.
She has lived in Chesterton for most of her life. For 7 years, Babcock moved to South Carolina and loved it, especially the landscape. She returned because her family lives here, and there is no place like Chesterton!
“Tracey is a dedicated and passionate about what she does,” said Mindy Hawkins, Life Enrichment Director at Addison Pointe. “You can always rely on Tracey to go the extra mile. On a weekly basis, Tracey brings in her dog, Wicket, for pet therapy. The residents love him!”
