Each year Indiana law requires the Mayor give an annual State of the City address to the City Council and Portage residents. The State of the City of Portage this year will include a vision for the City’s finances, Safety, Parks and infrastructure.
I would like to encourage all residents to attend if at all possible. You will have an opportunity to meet the Mayor, Police and Fire Chiefs, Department Heads and City Council members in attendance. I also value your opinion in helping shape a better future for Portage and you will have an opportunity to provide input and ideas.
Please take a moment and mark on your calendars, this coming Thursday a week from today at 7:00 PM at the Portage High School West Auditorium.
