Portage Mayor, James E. Snyder, and the Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Senior Services invite you to the 12th Annual Portage Senior Health Fair on May 3rd, 2012, from 9 am-noon at Woodland Park Oakwood Hall. The Health Fair will host many vendors that promote and provide health care or services to Senior Adults.
Free health screenings, informational segments and demonstrations, and opportunities to win door prizes will be provided for those who attend this event. At noon a light luncheon will be available to Seniors.
A presentation by Mayor James Snyder and Jonathan Nalli of Porter Health Systeml will be given at the lunch. Comfort Keepers also will be giving an award and recognition to the Most Vital Senior.
This event is free to the public.
