On September 23rd, The Dawn Brancheau Foundation is hosting the 2nd Annual “Dream Big Walk” at Lake County Fairgrounds. The event is a two-mile family walk in a lake/park setting. Dogs are welcomed but must be kept on a leash.
After the Dream Big Walk and closing remarks, all participates are invited to stay and assist in the landscaping projects at the Lake County Fairgrounds, to decorate cards for our Cards from the Heart Program, or to make blankets for the children serviced by Matanya’s Hope.
The Foundation is happy to announce that a portion of the event proceeds will benefit The Boys and Girls Club of Cedar Lake, Mercy Home for Boys and Girls, Ferrini Dog Park, Lake County Fairgrounds, LYDIA, and Matanya’s Hope, as well as The Dream Big Scholarship at Andrean High School.
Dawn Brancheau’s passion for life and true love of others inspired the formation of The Dawn Brancheau Foundation. The Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of children and animals in need, inspiring others to follow their dreams, and promoting the importance of community service.
