The Varsity baseball team beat East Chicago Central 15-7 to improve to 7-0 on the year. Tyler Albee pitched 5 innings to pick up the win. The offense was led by Brandon Gardenhire who had 3 hits. Justin Newcomb drove in 4 runs in the win, while Zach Thorn & Gabe Acevedo each added a pair of hits for the Indians.
Tuesday night the JV baseball team beat LaPorte 2 1 with a walk off single by Alec Coates in the bottom of the 7th. Sam Schest added the other RBI. Jon Velez gave up only one run.
