Join us at 5:30 p.m. on September 8, 2011 for a Fashion Show, Dinner and Silent Auction at Avalon Manor, hosted by Friends Assisting Women in Need, Inc (FAWN). Again this year, HO is the event’s charitable recipient.
Featuring apparel from local businesses, including Seasons on the Square and David’s Men’s Clothier, the Fashion Show will feature local people as models. A unique (unusual/great/inspired/ creative) silent auction, offering lots of desirable consumables like cigars, wine and event tickets, will also be held.
Over the last three years, FAWN has raised over $91,000 for Housing Opportunities, Inc. through its Style Show, allowing HOI to be awarded $316,666 in federal grant funds for their programs benefiting the homeless. With your support, we hope that FAWN can raise $40,000 or more this year, and continue to positively change the lives of women and their families.
