We've experienced a water main break on Franklin Street just north of CR 400N as a result of the cold weather. Crews have been out working to address the problem since around 3:30 a.m.
Work will continue into the day until the main can be fixed. The road is open, but southbound traffic is being rerouted through the center lane. Access to Westwind Drive is restricted to those traveling south on Franklin. Northbound travelers may not be able to turn on to Westwind until work is complete. Choose a different route of travel if possible to avoid delays.
Panera is believed to be the only customer without water at this time. We will continue to provide updates as new information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
