Tom's Car Care Center will host the 19th Lube-a-Thon for Hospice event on Friday, July 26 from 7:00am until 6:00pm. During that time, participants will receive a full-service oil change and a basic car wash for just a $45 donation to Center for Hospice Care!
When asked why they do this event, co-owner Dennis Zmyslo says, "Years ago we were looking for an organization to help out and we heard a lot of good things about the Center for Hospice Care; this was long before we had experienced using their services. Since then I've had multiple grandparents that have utilized their services and we hear from a lot of our customers about the good things they do for people in their time of need."
Along with the oil change and car wash, everybody will receive a free coffee and a muffin or cookie. Hungry while you wait? Grab some food at the Coffee Spot Cafe. Once your car is sparkling clean, use the vacuums at the WaterWorks Carwash to get the inside cleaned as well. South Bend Medical Foundation will even be holding a blood drive from 10:00am until 2:00pm.
