Stardust Bowl and BMO Harris teamed up to host a one-of-a-kind bowling fundraiser to benefit Lake Area United Way. A total of $6189 was raised during the well-attended event that took place on Saturday, May 17th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Stardust Bowl III, 1330 Sheffield Ave. in Dyer.
Individual bowlers and corporate team members enjoyed an evening of bowling, silent auctions and all kinds of family fun. Along with door prizes and a magician, a Live United area was available for participants to visit and learn more about United Way and the important work it does in our communities. All ticket prices included a donation to Lake Area United Way.
“Lake Area United Way does such important work in our communities. We want to do our part to ensure their continued success,” said Lindsay Evorik, Officer and Cluster Manager for BMO Harris’ Munster locations. “We wanted to create a unique opportunity for folks to get out and network, while showing their support and having fun while they’re at it,” said Todd Bredar, Vice President of Stardust Bowl and event coordinator.
